1. Please examine instrument for any damage and let our stuff know about it.

2. Clean instrument and the case.

3. Remove from the case all personal items.

4. Bring a copy of your old Agreement and ID

5. If you are exchanging for a bigger size instrument you will need to fill our new                  agreement 

6. Exchange can not be done by other person than the one that is on the agreement.

7. Please call in advance to confirm that we have the size of the instrument that you            are  exchanging to.
